Payment processing and order fulfillment are handled by a trusted third-party retailer, ensuring smooth transactions and reliable deliveries.

Our shipping service may be limited—or unavailable—in certain locations due to local laws or other restrictions. Currently, we do not ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah.

All shipments containing alcohol require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery.
To ensure a hassle-free experience, please provide a shipping address where someone 21 or older is available to receive the package. Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended. If you can’t be there during normal business hours, consider shipping to your workplace or have it held at a FedEx or UPS location.

Once your package is labeled and on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Orders ship from fulfillment centers located in CT, NY, NJ, MA, IL, FL, and CA, and typically arrive within 1-7 business days via ground shipping.

*Orders to Oklahoma and Texas may take a bit longer (local carriers may cause delays).

*Some deliveries can take 7-14 business days depending on carrier schedules and your address.

If more than 3 business days pass without a tracking email, please contact us at orders@impara.com for support.

Pro tip: Place orders early in the week so they don’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

IMPARA assumes no liability for product damage due to adverse weather or delayed delivery. Before ordering, check local conditions and ensure someone can receive the tequila upon arrival. Damages often occur after multiple delivery attempts, so we encourage you to track your package and be available to sign for it

FAQ

Do I need to be home to receive my package?
Yes. A signature from someone 21+ with a valid photo ID is required. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the order is returned to the retailer.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes?
No. An adult signature is required, so we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

What states do you ship to?
We can ship to most states in the continental US, except those otherwise noted (see above restrictions).

How long does it take for orders to ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (sometimes up to 3–4), with deliveries ranging from 2–14 business days based on location and carrier schedules.

Can I expedite my order or hold shipment?
For questions about rush shipping or delayed delivery, email us at orders@impara.com. Options may vary by retailer.

I ordered multiple products but only received some.
Sometimes separate boxes are lost or delayed. Contact orders@impara.com so we can investigate and help.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.

What’s your return/refund policy?
All orders are final. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact orders@impara.com within 3 days. Please include a description and pictures. We’ll replace or refund defective/damaged products upon approval.

Can I return my purchase?
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted at this time.

How old must I be to place an order?
You must be 21 or older.

Can I add/remove a product from my order after placing it?
No. Once the order is processed, it cannot be modified.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order is fulfilled. If you don’t see it, check your promotions, junk, or spam folders. If you still can’t find it, contact us at orders@impara.com.
